Job summary

Sunshine Academy Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Performance/Growth Marketer to lead paid media and growth initiatives in Medan. You will optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels to drive traffic, improve the conversion funnel, and boost monthly GMV.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in performance marketing, a Bachelor’s in marketing or business, strong analytics, and fluency in English. You’ll collaborate with creative and channel teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Performance / Growth Marketing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiar with KPI, ROI, and budget optimization.
• Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly GMV and revenue growth (minimum 5% MoM)
• Manage and optimize paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and improve traffic, conversion funnel, and campaign performance
• Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI and ROAS
• Execute regular A/B testing for campaigns and creatives
• Track and analyze key metrics (GMV, ROAS, CVR, CPM, CPI, etc.)
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights
• Collaborate with creative and channel teams to improve campaign results
