You will lead paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, optimize landing pages via A/B tests, and collaborate with product and content teams to boost qualified leads.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing, strong data-driven decision making, and budget management experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Growth / Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics & data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing monthly ads budget > IDR 100M.
• Hands-on in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking.
• Experience in education / youth market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategy (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention)
• Lead paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), organic social, KOL & partnership strategy
• Optimize landing pages and improve CVR through A/B testing
• Manage performance marketing budget and CAC efficiency
• Collaborate with product & content team to increase qualified leads
• Analyze weekly metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, WTP quality
