Cheil Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Campaign Manager to lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives for our D2C eCommerce platform in Indonesia. You will focus on revenue growth, conversion optimization, and seamless customer journeys across the full funnel.

You will shape data-driven campaigns, optimize performance, and uncover growth opportunities through experiments and insights, collaborating across commercial, merchandising, and regional/global teams to maximise ROAS and LTV.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in eCommerce marketing or digital campaign management.
• Strong CRO, UX/UI, and A/B testing expertise.
• Hands-on with GA, Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute high-performing campaigns to reduce cart abandonment and improve AOV.
• Drive personalization across paid media, CRM channels, and on-site experiences.
• Align campaigns with campaigns, launches, and exclusive offers to maximize revenue.
• Partner to optimize paid media, retargeting, and SEO for better conversions.
• Build and run A/B testing roadmaps across landing, product, and checkout pages.
• Analyze KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and present actionable insights.
