Job summary

Fashion Forth Indonesia is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive online revenue growth across our website, mobile apps, and marketplace channels in Indonesia. You will lead strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels, optimizing ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates while managing budgets.

You will own full-funnel optimization, collaborate with UI/UX and development teams, implement CRM and retention campaigns, and deliver data-driven growth reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in performance marketing, digital marketing or e‑commerce growth
• Proven track record of scaling online revenue and managing budgets
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and analytics
• Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing and CRO
• Experience in CRM, influencer marketing, affiliate programs and retention strategies
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and GA4
• Experience in fashion/luxury brands is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize ROAS, CAC, conversions and profitability
• Lead full-funnel optimization from acquisition to retention
• Analyze website and app performance; work with UI/UX and dev teams to improve UX and checkout flows
• Drive online revenue growth across website, apps, and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia)
• Develop performance-driven social media, influencer and affiliate marketing strategies
• Implement CRM, retargeting, segmentation, and retention campaigns to lift LTV
• Monitor analytics, run A/B tests, and prepare data-driven growth reports
