Job summary

TalentLyft is seeking a Digital Growth Lead to drive performance across Meta, Google, website and WhatsApp channels from our Indonesia office in Cikarang. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Development and Customer Service to identify conversion gaps and implement data-driven growth strategies.

Responsibilities include managing Meta and Google campaigns, improving lead quality and customer conversion, analyzing funnel performance and leading cross-functional growth projects from ideation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Growth or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in conversion optimization and funnel analysis.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership.
• Self-service platform/e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta and Google performance campaigns, with SEO as a plus.
• Monitor and improve lead quality and customer conversion across digital channels.
• Analyze funnel performance, identify conversion gaps, and develop monthly improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to optimize digital touchpoints.
• Lead digital growth projects and build measurement, reporting, and documentation processes from the ground up.
