Job summary

HiredChina.com国际人才招聘网 seeks a data-driven Senior Category Growth Lead to scale our beauty business across Indonesia’s leading ecommerce platforms, with a focus on TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will shape the category strategy and translate insights into growth through assortment, content, livestreaming, affiliate marketing, and planning.

You will develop an integrated growth plan, lead the ecommerce sales team, and work with brand, creative, and influencer teams to optimize campaigns and drive GMV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in ecommerce category management, digital marketing, or online strategy in FMCG/beauty.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop and Shopee ecosystems and affiliate marketing.
• Proven GMV growth from content commerce and platform campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with platform analytics and Excel.
• Fluent professional English and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated growth strategy for TikTok Shop and Shopee, defining livestreaming, short video, storefronts, and affiliate marketing roles.
• Build an annual category plan to grow GMV and market share.
• Lead the ecommerce sales team in turning category strategy into business plans and major campaigns.
• Guide assortment, pricing, content, and activation plans to improve traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchases.
• Use platform analytics and dashboards to track performance and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, and KOL/affiliate teams to enhance content and measure promotion impact.
• Bring consumer and category insights into product, supply chain, marketing, and analytics discussions.
