Job summary

Mixwork Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales strategy for FMCG brands in Indonesia. This fully remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere and focuses on expanding online revenue.

You will optimize product listings, strategize digital campaigns (SEO/SEM/social/email), analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. A strong background in ecommerce analytics and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management, with a significant focus on the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of growing online sales and managing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, preferably in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and market share for FMCG products.
• Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and compelling descriptions.
