Job summary

PT PMY Trada Indonesia is seeking an e-commerce growth specialist to drive performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia and Lazada. You will manage daily store operations, campaigns, and live streams to build a strong digital presence and a trusted brand.

Responsibilities include optimizing listings with quality visuals and keywords, planning promotions, coordinating inventory for fast fulfillment, and analyzing sales metrics to turn data into strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing and scaling stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia or Lazada.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and ad systems.
• Experience in e-commerce for consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset; able to turn data into strategy.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Sales Management: Manage end-to-end operations of official stores.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor daily campaigns and promotions to meet monthly targets.
• Listing Optimization (Beauty Focus): Ensure high-quality visuals, descriptions, and keyword optimization.
• E-Commerce Strategy & Sales Planning: Develop strategies, promotional plans, and growth initiatives.
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for accurate stock and fast fulfillment.
• Live Stream Management & Sales: Plan and track live commerce sessions on TikTok and Shopee Live.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, conversion, traffic, ROAS and derive actionable insights.
