Job summary

Facetology is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Lead to drive revenue growth across marketplace platforms from our Tebet Head Office, South Jakarta. You will craft and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategies, oversee campaigns, and optimize performance to elevate our beauty brand.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce.
Proven experience managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies across marketplace platforms.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and lead end-to-end marketplace campaigns including mega campaigns, product launches, flash sales.
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and sales performance.
Lead and manage the e-commerce team to ensure operational efficiency and strong campaign execution.
Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, live streaming, customer service, and logistics teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
