3MONGKIS, a fast-growing fashion brand rooted in Jakarta and Bali, seeks an energetic E-commerce Manager to lead channel strategy and performance. You will drive growth across online platforms and align with merchandising, retail, and logistics to connect online and offline experiences.

You will manage cross-functional teams (content, operations, online marketing, customer service), optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions, and deliver data-driven insights to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager handling a retail brand/category (preferably fashion).
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business/marketing or other related field.
• Proven track record of growing e-commerce channels and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven with an eye for fashion trends.
• Agile, solution-oriented, and motivated by delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee overall e-commerce strategy and performance to support brand growth.
• Collaborate with merchandising, retail, and logistics to connect online and offline experiences.
• Lead cross-functional e-commerce teams to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee site, marketplaces, and live shopping operations and daily execution.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and CX.
• Monitor product flow and inventory for e-commerce channels.
• Prepare and present reports on online sales, campaigns, and customer insights with recommendations.
