Job summary

PT. TRI UNGGUL BOGAINDO is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to develop and execute strategies across channels, drive sales, and lead the e-commerce team from Depok.

You will oversee marketplace performance, campaigns, pricing, and promotions while ensuring a superior customer experience. The role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce with managerial experience, strong analytical thinking, and knowledge of major marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum higher education in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of E-Commerce experience with managerial responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Experience with sales strategy, promotions, traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to lead a team and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability of the E-Commerce channel.
• Manage performance across all marketplaces and ensure achievement of targets.
• Develop campaign programs, promotions, bundling, discounts, and marketplace activation.
• Analyze marketplace performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage and develop the E-Commerce team.
• Monitor stock, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Create reports and evaluate E-Commerce performance regularly.
