Job summary

PT. SATU BISNIS INDONESIA is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager in Jakarta to develop and execute strategies that drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other platforms.

You will lead the e-commerce and live streaming teams, optimise listings, pricing, and promotions, analyse performance data, collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in E-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales.
Experience leading teams in a managerial or senior role.
Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada and other platforms.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Manage marketplace operations and promotions across multiple platforms.
Lead and mentor the e-commerce and livestreaming teams to meet targets.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, KOL/Affiliate, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
