Traveloka seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst for its Customer Care data team. You will turn noisy data into decisions that steer strategies across Southeast Asia, owning analytical outcomes and working without direct reports.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, design analyses for growth and efficiency, and build dashboards and data pipelines to keep metrics live and self-serve for stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregates, filters, and window functions.
• Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau/Looker/Power BI/Domo).
• Ability to build clear, decision-ready dashboards.
• Ability to break open-ended questions into structured analyses.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Customer Care business team to own analytical decisions.
• Frame and scope open-ended questions into actionable analyses.
• Run funnel, cohort, LTV, and user-segmentation analyses on large data sets.
• Design and analyse A/B tests, speaking to statistical confidence.
• Build dashboards and data pipelines, ensuring live, self-serve metrics.
• Ensure data quality and consistent metric definitions across the area.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable narratives for leaders.
