Qualifications

• You have at least 4 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Expertise in SQL and design of efficient data models, queries, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics agenda for the Travel Activities business area and define key questions.
• Lead complex, custom analyses including causal inference and segmentation for strategic decisions.
• Improve experimentation processes, framing hypotheses and interpreting results.
• Build foundational dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines used by analysts and business teams.
• Persuade senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and defend findings when needed.
• Mentor junior analysts and raise overall data quality and impact.
• Set technical direction for analytics methods and tooling adopted by the team.
