Job summary

Traveloka, Southeast Asia’s leading travel platform, is hiring a Data Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders supporting Customer Care. You will transform raw data into actionable insights to improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include building dashboards and data pipelines, performing deep-dive analyses, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of data analyst experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL, spreadsheet, and Python.
• Minimum 2 years of dashboarding experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, etc).
• Able to deliver actionable insights independently with storytelling and business impact.
• Experience creating and optimizing data pipelines in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• LLM/AI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of Customer Care KPIs.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to enhance customer experience.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data pipelines tracking goals for customer care operations and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to influence decisions with data-driven innovations.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, segmentation, and drivers of performance.
• Stay updated on data analytics, AI, and LLM applications to enhance efficiency.
