Job summary

Traveloka is seeking an Analyst, Data & Business Intelligence for a 6-month contract to turn raw data into actionable insights across our Customer Care function. You will partner with business teams to answer strategic questions, build scalable dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions across Southeast Asia markets.

You will work with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools to expose growth opportunities and performance gaps, while maintaining data quality and clear metric definitions for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data/BI roles.
• Proficient in SQL with joins, aggregations, filters and window functions.
• Proficient in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis; internships or coursework count.
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau/Looker/Power BI/Domo).
• Ability to build clear, structured dashboards that inform decisions.
• Ability to decompose open-ended questions into structured analyses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Care team to own analytical decisions in your area.
• Scope and translate open-ended business questions into executable analyses.
• Run funnel, cohort, LTV, and user-segmentation analyses on large datasets.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments, reporting confidence in results.
• Build dashboards and the data pipelines behind them to keep metrics live and self-serve.
• Ensure data quality and consistent metric definitions, aligning stakeholders.
