Job summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with distributors and farmers. You will promote our animal feed and agri-food products, travel across regions, negotiate contracts, and report on sales performance to the Sales Manager while coordinating with technical and logistics teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in livestock, animal feed, or poultry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to various regions to meet clients.
Valid driver’s license (SIM A and/or SIM C).

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with distributors, farmers, and partners.
Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
Present and sell product portfolio highlighting value and benefits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Coordinate with technical support and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the Sales Manager.
