BukuWarung in Sumatera Selatan is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand our EDC deployment among SMEs. You will promote and install EDC machines and help merchants enhance transaction capabilities while building lasting relationships.

This role requires mobility—own motorcycle with SIM C—and a proven sales background. You will negotiate deals, hit targets, and coordinate with internal teams to refine offerings and support merchants effectively.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must own a motorcycle and SIM C license for client visits.
• Previous motorized sales or canvassing experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales while meeting targets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand EDC installations among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback.
