Space & Shapes is a digital brand transformation agency seeking a Digital Account Executive to build and nurture client relationships and drive sales growth through strategic marketing solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative initiatives, manage project budgets, and help upsell services while delivering data-driven insights and compelling proposals to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BFA in Communications/Creative or related field.
• 1–3 years of Account Executive experience in Creative/Digital/Marketing agencies.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and objection handling with a proven ability to close deals.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice, project management, and manage project budgets.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts, keeping clients informed about services and projects.
• Lead client services, including pitch creation, presenting, and responding to inquiries.
• Develop systems for workflow efficiency and maintain client relationships.
• Present creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Act as a liaison between creative teams and clients, providing feedback.
