Job summary

Space & Shapes is a digital brand transformation agency seeking a Digital Account Executive to build and nurture client relationships and drive sales growth through strategic marketing solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative initiatives, manage project budgets, and help upsell services while delivering data-driven insights and compelling proposals to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BFA in Communications/Creative or related field.
• 1–3 years of Account Executive experience in Creative/Digital/Marketing agencies.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and objection handling with a proven ability to close deals.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide strategic advice, project management, and manage project budgets.
2. Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts, keeping clients informed about services and projects.
3. Lead client services, including pitch creation, presenting, and responding to inquiries.
4. Develop systems for workflow efficiency and maintain client relationships.
5. Present creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
6. Act as a liaison between creative teams and clients, providing feedback.

Requirements :

• BFA/BA in Communication/ Creative or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of Account Executive preferably within the Creative/ Digital/ Marketing Agency.
• Active personality
• Fluency in English is a must (verbal and written)
• Strong selling, competitive objection handling, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth, while being empathetic to customer's needs
• Good communication skills, to be able to listen to and speak with staff and clients to ensure that they understand employees ideas and clients desires for marketing project.
