The role focuses on data analysis, market insights, and translating strategy into actionable plans to improve performance and execution across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in management consulting or strategy/operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy/operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and market/industry research to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop strategic initiatives, translate them into actionable execution plans, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Monitor and track the implementation of key projects and company-wide initiatives.
• Evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance.
• Execute strategic priorities across multiple functions and business units.
