• 7–12 years in Strategy, Operations, or General Management roles.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and scaling operations.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and operational improvements within the Business Unit.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with Seven Retail's overall vision and long-term objectives.
• Analyze business performance, operational bottlenecks, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring efficient processes, strong execution, and operational excellence across functions.
• Build operational frameworks, SOPs, and scalable processes to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage key business metrics, KPIs, and financial performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and People teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Lead business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain a healthy P&L.
• Drive data-driven decision making through business insights, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic discussions and negotiations with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders when required.
• Represent the Business Unit in engagements with key stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and industry networks.
