Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Growth Admin to support SPG operations across our Jakarta base, coordinating shift scheduling, onboarding, shipment arrangements, and events.

The role involves managing payment administration for SPGs, events, petty cash, and manpower costs; maintaining operational reports; and working closely with Finance and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, operations support, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operational administration, event coordination, or manpower support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SPG operations, including shift scheduling, onboarding, and shipment arrangements.
• Manage payment administration for SPGs, events, petty cash, and manpower costs.
• Coordinate operational and petty cash needs for MEs and offline events to ensure smooth execution.
• Support offline channel operations through EC shift arrangements and event-day calculations.
• Maintain operational reports and coordinate with Finance and internal teams to support daily activities.
