Seven-Retail Group is seeking an HR leader to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives in Jakarta. You will partner with business leaders to enable sustainable growth, oversee high-volume hiring across diverse roles, and build scalable HR processes.

The role requires a solid background in HR operations, industrial relations, and learning & development, with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• MBA and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) is a plus.
• Proven leadership in HR across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting fast-growing, multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, IR, HR operations, and L&D.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic HR partner to support growth and operational excellence.
• Lead high-volume hiring across roles including psychologists, therapists, and sales.
• Build scalable recruitment processes, analytics, and reporting systems.
• Manage HR operations and industrial relations matters, including cases and PKWT admin.
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives, including training design and capability development.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
