Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group in Bandung is seeking a capable operations-focused leader to coordinate cross-department activities and guide student advisors in sales and after-sales processes. You will monitor performance, support the Teachers Manager in implementing the Operations Manual, and help uphold teaching quality guidelines.

You will contribute to offline marketing and ensure transparent accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Lead and guide student advisors overseeing sales and after-sales functions to optimize the sales process, actively monitor the sales team's performance, and achieve predetermined sales targets.
• Operations: Collaborate with the Teachers Manager to implement and enhance the Operations Manual, ensuring a continuous elevation in teaching quality and adherence to established guidelines.
• Marketing: Assist in devising and executing offline marketing initiatives, contributing to an effective promotional strategy.
• Finance and Accounting: Ensure the efficient and transparent execution of accounting responsibilities.
• Recruitment and Training: Facilitate comprehensive staff training, and actively engage in staff performance assessments to ensure a skilled and proficient workforce.
• Logistics: Guarantee prompt and efficient logistics support across all departments, streamlining operations and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
