Job summary

Hitachi Energy Grid Integration in Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to grow and sustain engagement with utility and industrial clients.

You will apply deep knowledge of HV electric systems, Single Line Diagrams, and tendering processes to develop tailored solutions, manage price proposals, and support project wins while coordinating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior sales engineers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical & Power Engineering.
• Having minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing and sales especially in Utilities is a must.
• Familiar with Single Line Diagram and technical specs for HV substations and distribution systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand profitability.
• Engage with new and existing customers to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior sales engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Review RFQs, generate Bill of Quantities, price presentations, and tender-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
