PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist for the Grid Integration unit in Indonesia.

The role focuses on increasing and maintaining sales and marketing initiatives, engaging with new and existing customers to deliver tailored solutions for HVDC, power quality, and grid projects. You will develop marketing strategies, manage brand performance, and support tendering activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing and sales in utilities is required.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Familiar with electrical diagrams (Single Line Diagram) and HV systems.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Grid Integration unit.
Manage brand performance and profitability while ensuring excellent customer support.
Support tendering processes: RFQ review, BOM, price presentation, and related tasks.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver tailored solutions.
