Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned Service Sales professional based in Jakarta to drive service strategy, promote upgrades and retrofit solutions, and expand the installed base.

You will build long-term customer relationships, lead opportunities across the service portfolio, coordinate with sales managers, participate in market activities, and ensure safe, cost-effective solutions aligned with Hitachi Energy's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in Sales with Grid Automation exposure.
• Experience with service sales and Grid Automation portfolios.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Thai.

Responsibilities

• Implement service sales strategy and promote upgrade/retrofit solutions with Hitachi Energy.
• Penetrate installed base (IB) and develop service sales opportunities.
• Generate service sales leads and explore new service portfolios.
• Establish long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate contract details and manage administrative sales processes.
• Act as marketer during events and translate customer needs into Hitachi offerings.
• Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.
