Job summary

Timedoor Academy is seeking motivated individuals to analyze branch performance and drive growth through operational excellence across Indonesia. You will work with Branch Managers to identify challenges, recommend improvements, and ensure smooth daily operations while coordinating with Marketing, Academic, and Finance teams.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have up to 2 years of experience, with a Bachelor's in Business/Management/Economics.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business performance reports.
Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze branch performance using operational and sales data.
Identify challenges with Branch Managers and propose improvements.
Ensure daily branch operations run efficiently through follow-ups and coordination.
Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.
Execute and monitor operational improvement projects across multiple branches.
Prepare reports and present insights to management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and other departments to achieve targets.
