Job summary

Timedoor Academy, a rapidly expanding Edu-Tech provider, seeks a Management Trainee for Business Development. Fresh graduates with up to 2 years post-graduation will gain hands-on experience, professional training, and contribute to expansion across Asia and MENA.

The program includes pitching, promotional activities, and involvement in franchise onboarding, with a pocket allowance during apprenticeship and performance-based consideration for full-time roles in Bali.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or ≤2 years post-graduation in Marketing, Business, or IR.
• Strong analysis of market trends and remote team management.
• Excellent communication, marketing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in delivering presentations and promotional activities to introduce Timedoor Academy’s products and services to potential partners/franchisees.
• Support the Business Development team in achieving branch opening targets, including site surveys and initial setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand branch development and franchise operations.
• Participate in onboarding franchise partners, gaining exposure to marketing, sales, and branch management.
• Prepare learning reports and analyses related to branch performance and business growth.

Hello! We are Timedoor Academy, a rapidly expanding educational institution offering online and offline programming courses for students aged 5-18 across Asia and MENA, including Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, and more.

This program is designed to provide opportunities for fresh graduates or those with max. 2 years post-graduation with innovative ideas to grow and develop their potential in the Edu-Tech industry. Through this program, participants will gain hands-on experience, professional training, and a chance to contribute directly to the expansion and development of our educational technology initiatives.

Job Description :

Learn and assist in delivering presentations (pitching) and participating in promotional activities to introduce Timedoor Academy’s products and services to potential partners/franchisees.

Support the Business Development team in achieving branch opening targets, including conducting site surveys and assisting with initial operational setup.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand the process of branch development and franchise operations.

Participate in the onboarding process for franchise partners, gaining exposure to marketing strategies, sales, and branch management.

Prepare learning reports and analyses related to branch performance and business growth.

Requirements :

Fresh graduates or those with max. 2 years post-graduation experience (Marketing, Business, or International Relations majors preferred)

Strong analyze market trends skills and manage remote teams effectively

Excellent communication, marketing, and negotiation skills

Willing to join for 3-month management trainee program before full-time employment in Denpasar, Bali

Willing to work mobile after being a full-timer

Available to join immediately
