Job summary

PT Kamadjaja Logistics is seeking a General Manager for Contract Logistics e-Commerce Warehousing to lead our expanding e-commerce warehousing operations in Tangerang, Banten. You will drive strategic direction, operational excellence and customer satisfaction while ensuring peak warehouse efficiency.

The role requires a strong track record in senior warehouse or logistics leadership, deep knowledge of WMS, budgeting, and KPI-driven management to grow our contract e-commerce services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management or general manager capacity.
• Proven track record managing large-scale e-commerce or contract logistics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics requirements, order fulfillment processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control and P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency in analysing operational data and using KPIs to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to interface with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards and best practices in warehousing and logistics.
• Certification in logistics, supply chain management or warehouse operations is advantageous
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is preferred
• Familiarity with advanced warehouse automation and technology solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise efficiency, reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key e-commerce clients and ensure SLAs are met.

About the role

PT Kamadjaja Logistics is seeking a General Manager for Contract Logistics e-Commerce Warehousing to lead and oversee our expanding e-commerce warehousing operations. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, where you will take strategic responsibility for managing our contract logistics services dedicated to the e-commerce sector. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, revenue growth and customer satisfaction whilst ensuring our warehouse facilities operate at peak efficiency. This position offers significant scope to shape the future direction of our e-commerce logistics division and make a tangible impact on the company's growth.

What you'll be doing :

Oversee all aspects of e-commerce warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, sorting and dispatching

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency, reduce costs and improve service delivery to e-commerce clients

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery times, inventory turnover and warehouse capacity utilisation
