Job summary

PT Kamadjaja Logistics is seeking a General Manager for Contract Logistics e-Commerce Warehousing to lead our expanding e-commerce warehousing operations in Tangerang, Banten. You will drive strategic direction, operational excellence and customer satisfaction while ensuring peak warehouse efficiency.

The role requires a strong track record in senior warehouse or logistics leadership, deep knowledge of WMS, budgeting, and KPI-driven management to grow our contract e-commerce services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management or general manager capacity.
• Proven track record managing large-scale e-commerce or contract logistics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics requirements, order fulfillment processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control and P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency in analysing operational data and using KPIs to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to interface with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards and best practices in warehousing and logistics.
• Certification in logistics, supply chain management or warehouse operations is advantageous
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is preferred
• Familiarity with advanced warehouse automation and technology solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise efficiency, reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key e-commerce clients and ensure SLAs are met.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery times, inventory turnover and capacity utilisation.
• Implement health, safety and environmental compliance procedures across all warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse budgets, control costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless integration between warehousing and transportation services.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including adoption of new technologies and automation solutions.
• Report directly to senior management on operational performance and strategic opportunities.
