Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 3 years in Export-Import.
• Experience handling customs affairs, audits, inspections in Bonded Zones.
• Understanding of PIB/PEB, Lartas, COO/SKA, INSW and CEISA processes.

Aufgaben

• Check regulations, import restrictions and HS codes before import.
• Review shipment documents and PIB/INSW coordination with forwarder.
• Prepare shipping instructions, book logistics and monitor shipments to customers.
• Prepare cost structures and issue Certificates of Origin through government systems.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, and Forwarders.
• Monitor export-import regulations and respond to customs inquiries and summons.
