Job summary

PT Mutu Gading Tekstil is seeking an Export Operations Specialist to coordinate and execute all export processes for a manufacturing company in Indonesia. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, prepare shipping documents, liaise with freight forwarders, and monitor shipments from origin to destination to guarantee on-time delivery.

Proficiency in EXIM systems and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Export operations within a manufacturing or trading company.
Strong understanding of export documentation, customs regulations in Indonesia, and INCOTERMS.
Proficiency in MS Office and web base EXIM-related systems (CEISA 4.0, INSW, INATRADE, SIINAS, OSS, KITE, BKPM etc.)
Fluent in English communication (Minimal Pasif)
Excellent coordination, communication, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute all export processes, including documentation, customs clearance & shipment scheduling.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies related to international shipments.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Prepare, review, and manage shipping and export documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
Monitor payment terms, Duty (PDRI Import), EMKL and coordinate with the finance team for timely settlements.
Monitor and track shipment status (origin to destination) to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues related to Export handling or documentation.
Handle queries related to HS codes, duty structures, and FTA agreements.
Stay up to date with changes in customs procedures, export regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
Support internal audits related to export operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all export activities.
