Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a corporate environment.
• Recruitment experience primarily within Indonesia and across SEA countries.
• Solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and interviewing techniques.
• Proven experience with recruitment marketing and various channels.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Consulting, Advisory & Partnership with hiring managers.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Act as trusted talent advisor on interviewing practices and inclusive hiring.
• Align recruitment with workforce planning and business priorities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide lifecycle updates.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences with timely engagement.
• Manage the full lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven feedback.
• During offers, negotiate compensation in partnership with HR.
• Track recruitment metrics and continually improve outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to global policies and local employment laws.
