Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Indonesia seeks a Trade Marketing professional to build year plans and drive the sales targets across assigned channels.

You will translate PepsiCo Snack brand strategies into channel and category programs to support volume growth, working closely with Commercial and Marketing teams. The role covers shopper marketing, campaign development, and the management of trade promotions with a focus on in-store execution and POSM that align with brand vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing/Business preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with comfort in data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow Volume and Distribution: build year plans to hit annual sales targets and drive distribution.
• Marketing Campaign Development and Execution: develop content and coordinate campaigns for PepsiCo Snack brands.
• Monitor Trade Promotion Executing Plans: create promotional calendars and evaluate results for improvements.
