Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a senior leader to drive Productivity and Continuous Improvement across its Indonesia supply chain, spanning manufacturing and warehouse operations.

You will manage a portfolio of productivity projects, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with IT to push digitalization and TPM initiatives, while developing leaders and sustaining a culture of performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, or related major.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with 3+ years in CI/Cost/Kaizen/TPM leadership.
• Strong leadership across manufacturing and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Productivity and Continuous Improvement Program in Supply Chain Organization, focused on Manufacturing and Warehouse operation.
• Manage overall productivity project portfolio and drive implementation of projects.
• Lead capability building program and sustain technical knowledge for operations teams.
• Manage Supply Chain performance & productivity reports and executive presentations.
• Lead digitalization agenda in partnership with IT.
• Support EHS and ISO systems adherence and TPM pillar development.
