Job summary

PT Tangguh Karimata Jaya in Surabaya is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels while providing information on import/export logistics services.

You will monitor shipment status and coordinate with Operations, Customs Clearance, Shipping Lines, Airlines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment processes, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (any major; Logistics, Business, or Supply Chain is preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Import, or Export Logistics.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
