Job summary

JYX Packaging in Indonesia is seeking a versatile early-career professional to rotate across departments such as Sales, Project Management, and Production, aligning with company needs.

The role includes facilitating daily communication between Indonesian teams and the China branch, translating between Chinese, Indonesian, and English, and contributing to actual departmental work while growing into a core team member.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or above, major is not limited.
• Strong Chinese communication skills for daily work use.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental rotation or be assigned to a specific department based on company arrangements, including but not limited to Sales, Project Management, Production, etc.
• Assist communication and coordination between Indonesian local teams and China branch, including daily meetings, emails, and work coordination in Chinese and Indonesian/English translation.
• Be involved in actual operational work of the assigned department and take on related responsibilities.
• Support project follow-up, data organization, documentation, and cross-department coordination.
• Learn company processes, product knowledge, and internal management systems to develop into a core team member.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
