Confidential Company seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across Indonesia and India and support regional expansion efforts. You will manage office administration, procurement, and cross-country coordination to ensure smooth function.

The role requires 3+ years in operations, with strong vendor management, reporting, and stakeholder communication. A multinational background is preferred; assignments involve long-term international rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Office Management, General Affairs, Project Management, or Business Development.
• Experience in multinational companies or regional operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day business operations across Indonesia and India.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare periodic operational reports for Management.
• Support the execution of the Company's regional business expansion strategy.
• Manage office operations, administrative activities, and general affairs in Indonesia and India.
• Coordinate office setup, procurement, and workplace facilities.
• Liaise with landlords, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure facilities operate efficiently and comply with company standards.
• Coordinate regional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Be assigned to work in Indonesia and India on a rotational basis, ~3 months each period.
