Job summary

JYX Packaging, a global luxury and sustainable packaging leader, seeks a Management Trainee in Indonesia to develop leadership and operational skills within a manufacturing context. You will gain exposure to Production, Quality, Project, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse functions while supporting bilingual communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams.

The program emphasizes learning agility, leadership potential, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management, International Business, Chinese Language, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; strong leadership potential and learning agility.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, management trainee programs, project coordination, or related roles encouraged.
• Experience with Chinese management or multinational organizations is an advantage.
• Fluent Mandarin; written and spoken proficiency; HSK level preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; willingness to learn ERP and other digital tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, training, and daily operations.
• Translate company documents, SOPs, work instructions, reports, and emails.
• Assist in preparing bilingual documents and management materials.
• Coordinate with Chinese management and Indonesian employees on policies and production requirements.
• Understand processes, KPIs, and coordination needs; support supervisors and managers.
