Job summary

PT Eastroc Vitamin Energy Indonesia is seeking driven fresh graduates to join its Management Trainee Program. You will rotate through core functions, building a strong understanding of end-to-end business from production to sales and operations.

You will complete projects, contribute to targets, and engage in training and coaching with management, with Mandarin and English proficiency considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields preferred)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome; maximum 2 years of working experience
• Strong leadership potential, high initiative, and good analytical skills
• Able to work well both independently and in a team, with strong adaptability
• Willing to be placed in any of the company's operational areas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
• Good command of Mandarin & English, both written and spoken, is an advantage

PT Eastroc Vitamin Energy Indonesia is a joint venture between Eastroc Beverage Group (China) and Salim Group (Indonesia), established to build a production base and market beverage products across Indonesia. We are looking for driven, high-potential fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Program and grow into future business leaders within the company.

About the Program

As a Management Trainee, you will go through a structured rotation across key business functions to build a strong understanding of our end-to-end business, before being placed into a junior managerial role.
