Job summary

TP Bali hotel is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide accurate information about our products and services to guests. You will upsell properties or services to potential and existing guests, work on-site in Bali five days a week, including weekends and public holidays, and collaborate with a friendly hotel team.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, and a Diploma (D3) in any major is accepted.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (customer-facing roles).
• Communicative and customer-oriented.
