Job summary

TP in Bali is seeking a customer service and sales professional to handle calls and emails professionally, provide accurate information about products and services, and upsell properties within the hotel chain.

The role requires fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, a Diploma (D3), at least 1 year in hospitality or customer-facing sales, willingness to relocate to Bali and work on-site five days a week, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
