Job summary

CS GROUP seeks a Recruitment Administrator to support the HR team in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. You will manage job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors, screen applications, schedule online interviews, and maintain candidate communications with discretion.

This international role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in recruitment or recruitment administration, with fluency in English. Telework up to 30% is possible within the site area; hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and at least 2 years in recruitment or recruitment administration.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable system is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Standardized communication with applicants ES A-wide by handling the mailbox.
• Preparation and publication of Job Requisitions using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Initial screening of applications according to formal criteria.
• Arranging job interviews and follow-up with interview boards.
• Managing candidates via the SAP SuccessFactors pipeline from application to hire.
• Specific communication with candidates and arranging pre-recruitment security checks.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for relocation/housing and onboarding.
