Job summary

Outlook International is seeking a Customer Service / Merchandiser to support its expanding operations in Indonesia. You will act as a primary liaison with international buyers, manage purchase orders, production progress, and shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.

The role requires fluent English, at least 2 years in a similar role, and deep knowledge of export/import regulations for clearance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Merchandiser.
• Deep knowledge of furniture export/import regulations.
• Proficient in generating reports with Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and be stationed where required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact and manage relations with international buyers.
• Oversee PO production, progress and shipments for international clients.
• Coordinate full-cycle merchandising operations and sample development.
• Review export documentation provided by vendors for compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress and shipment reports using Excel.
• Visit factories across Indonesia to monitor production and timelines.
