Job summary

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, risk management, and process improvements to support sustainable mining operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Indonesian import/export experience, strong knowledge of HS codes, and pr oficiency in Excel and SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Indonesian import/export operations, customs processes and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of HS codes and Indonesian customs portals.
• Experience with freight forwarders and customs authorities; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day import/export shipments, preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance and monitor shipment status; 80% imports, 20% exports.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues and report performance.
• Develop and document efficient import/export processes to reduce delays and improve controls.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and internal policies; support licensing as needed.
