Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia, a medical devices manufacturer, seeks a seasoned Export-Import Manager to lead international logistics and ensure compliant movement of goods across supply chains.

You will oversee customs clearance, HS code classification, INSW/CEISA processes, freight forwarding, and documentation, while managing a team and coordinating with authorities; proficiency in Excel and ERP, and English communication are essential. The role offers exposure to ISO processes and Europe expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least five years of export-import operations experience, with two in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade documentation.
• Experience with customs clearance, freight forwarding, and coordination with authorities.
• Familiarity with INSW, CEISA, HS codes, and licensing requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export-import operations, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping arrangements, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, import-export procedures, licensing requirements, and international trade standards.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Oversee HS Code classification, INSW and CEISA processes, and the preparation and review of import-export documentation.
• Lead and develop team members while monitoring operational performance, timelines, costs, and service quality.
• Identify operational risks, resolve customs and logistics issues, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
