Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in follow-up requests and quotations
• Prepare and submit quotations for customers and overseas
• Prepare and submit e-bids via system
• Organize and maintain sales literature
• Procure rate from overseas, airlines, carriers, co-loader, trucking, customs
• Maintain customer quotation data and quote log
• Act as a point of contact to potential customers as directed by Sales Team and Superior
• Coordinate the sales effort internally with overseas offices, operations, customer service and finance
• Monitor new opportunities within the market from media & press releases
• Assist BDM in planning office visits with customers and manage client database
• Research company data to track target account progress and report to management
• Work with sales, clients and operations to implement processes and pricing to transition new business
• Establish KPI's, reports and client web tools tailored to client needs
• Follow up with clients, sales and operations to ensure successful implementation
• Implement Quality objectives for Commercial Department
• Maintain Health, Safety and Environment objectives on daily business
