Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to handle end-to-end sales documentation and data management in Batam. The role involves processing quotations, orders, invoices, and delivery documents, and maintaining accurate customer and product records.

You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance and Production teams to ensure smooth order flow, prepare regular reports, and support the sales team with admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain sales administration and documentation.
• Prepare and manage quotations, Sales Orders, invoices, and Delivery Orders.
• Input and maintain customer, product, pricing, and sales data.
• Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) from customers through delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance and Production teams.
• Prepare regular sales reports and monitor transaction status.
• Maintain accurate and organized sales records and databases.
• Support the Sales team with quotations, presentations, and admin tasks.
• Handle administrative communications with customers about orders and documents.
• Archive physical and digital sales documents systematically.
• Ensure sales admin processes are completed accurately and on time.
